Driven by Community. Powered by Hope.
Partnering with youth, women, and families across Mwihoko in Kiambu County to build sustainable futures through education, entrepreneurship, sports and community action.
We use sports as a tool for youth engagement, discipline, teamwork and healthy living, creating safe spaces where young people build confidence, learn life skills and stay away from harmful behaviors.
Learn More →We provide quality education, mentorship and life-skills training so learners — especially girls and vulnerable children — can stay in school, become self-independent and create job opportunities for themselves and others. This includes school fees support, sanitary towel distribution to keep girls in class, mentorship programs, and literacy initiatives run in partnership with local schools.
Learn More →We design health projects that promote preventive care and extend essential health services to the grassroots for a healthier, more equitable society. Our work includes community health outreach, mental health awareness and psychiatric support, HIV/AIDS support programs, and education on hygiene and disease prevention.
Learn More →We work to unite community members across different backgrounds and empower them to have their voices heard, influencing decisions and driving positive change locally and beyond. This includes community dialogues, local leadership engagement, and initiatives that build trust, inclusion and collaboration among youth, women and vulnerable groups.
Learn More →We promote humane pet care, disease prevention, and community education on the importance of caring for the environment. Our activities include tree-planting drives, clean-up initiatives, animal welfare outreach and vaccination campaigns, and awareness programs that encourage sustainable, eco-conscious practices at the community level.
Learn More →We bring community members together to take collective action and generate lasting, sustainable solutions to shared challenges. This includes table-banking and micro-loan programs that help women and youth start small businesses, savings groups, and skills-building initiatives that strengthen household incomes and local resilience.
Learn More →Winners Group Initiative is a registered community based organization in Kenya, which operates in Kiambu County with its office at Mwihoko Ward.
To empower communities to reach their full potential.
A better everyday life for many people.
Integrity, Compassion, Teamwork, Impact.
Sustainable solutions for lasting change.
Interventions are designed with and by the community, ensuring long-term buy-in and sustainability.
Local stakeholders actively participate in identifying priorities, allocating resources, and setting goals.
Focuses on strengthening local skills, leadership, and organizational structures so the community can sustain initiatives independently.
Blends local assets (land, knowledge, labor) with external support (grants, technical assistance) to maximize impact.
Children's homes in Kenya are under-resourced, so we work with a number of them to organise fun events for the children.
Our sports program is a vehicle for social change, community development, and youth empowerment. Mwihoko youth & children face limited access to safe spaces, structured mentorship, and inclusive extracurricular activities. Through the program, we offer a safe, cohesive community where all youth & children — regardless of gender, ability, or background — have equal access to sports, build essential life skills, and grow into empowered community leaders.
Learn More →We provide free reusable cloth pads and menstrual health education to keep girls in school throughout their cycle.
What began as a merry-go-round savings group now supports 250+ women with micro-loans to start small businesses.
Promoting humane pet care, disease prevention and treatment, and community education on caring for the environment.
